31% of the EU budget is farm subsidies. Defense gets 1.2%. Borders get 2%. Farm handouts get 25x what defense gets and 15x what borders get. Europe faces a land war on its eastern flank and years of uncontrolled migration. The response is a giant welfare machine, while actual security is ignored. They’re not preparing for the next decade.
