2. Hosting and server logs

The site is self-hosted by the operator. For security and error analysis, the server keeps technical logs (time, URL, status) and, in the connection service, the IP address, and deletes them after at most 14 days (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Cloudflare

Requests pass through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) as a processor for delivery and abuse protection. Data: IP, URL, time, user agent. Transfer: EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Public posts from X

We show public posts (text, time, counts, handle, link, media links) from selected X accounts, fetched via the X API (X Corp., USA). Art. 6(1)(f). We regularly check recent posts and remove those deleted on X, and remove posts on valid request. Removal requests: /kontakt.

5. X media

Post media and link-preview images are fetched by our server from X and delivered to you from this site. Your browser does not connect to X for them, and no visitor data is passed to X.

6. Quotes

The server fetches TSLA/SPCX prices from Yahoo (USA); no visitor data is sent.

Public launch data

Our server fetches public SpaceX/Starlink launch times from Launch Library 2 (The Space Devs). Your browser does not connect to this service, and no visitor data is sent to it.

7. Donations

Donations go only to the displayed crypto addresses. There is no payment provider and no data processing by this site.

8. Cookies and fonts

This site sets no cookies for visitors and loads no external fonts. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie (__cf_bm, about 30 minutes) to detect bots (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Your analytics choice is stored only in your browser's local storage (key musktracker.analytics), which is strictly necessary to remember it (§ 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG). With your consent we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (see §8a).

8a. Web analytics

Only if you consent, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) that measures page views and load times without cookies. Data: URL, referrer, browser and device type, performance timings, and your IP address for the transmission. Cloudflare processes this as our processor. Transfer: EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time via “Privacy settings” in the footer.

9. Contact form

Form data (optional name, email, message, removal flag) is forwarded to our private Discord channel. Discord (Discord Netherlands BV for the EEA; Discord Inc., USA) processes it as an independent controller; there is no data processing agreement. EU-US DPF. Art. 6(1)(f). We delete it after handling, at most after 6 months. Discord's own retention is outside our control. discord.com/privacy. Alternative: [email protected].

10. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability.

You can object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21 GDPR).

11. Complaint to a supervisory authority

You can complain to any data protection supervisory authority, in particular the one in your place of residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement (Art. 77 GDPR).
