Elon Musk on 60 Minutes in 2012, inside the SpaceX factory, on Falcon 1 failing three times in a row and his own heroes testifying against commercial spaceflight. Falcon 1 failed on its first three launches. Elon said that if the fourth had failed too, SpaceX would not have had the resources to try a fifth. "I'm probably not the guy that most people would bet on." Two months after it aired, Dragon became the first commercial spacecraft to reach the space station. In 2020, SpaceX flew NASA astronauts there, the first crew launch from American soil since 2011. Video: CBS 60 Minutes
